Smile Garlic and olive oil tilapia

Personally, I love talapia, and I think this is a great recipe. This is for 4 small fillets, I guess about 4 ounces. If you have more, just increase the ingredients based on how much you're making of course!

4 fillets tilapia
4 cloves crushed garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped

What you do is you rub the fish fillets with the crushed garlic, then place them in a shallow dish. Spoon the olive oil over the fish until they are coated. Place the onion on top of the fish. Cover the fish and refrigerate overnight to allow the fish to soak in the marinade.

Place the fish on a baking dish along with the olive oil, garlic, and onion. A couple of friend of mine will sprinkle the fish with the cayenne or white pepper, but that's not for me.

I'll bake it at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes.

Well, I love it!
