Swamp Cabbage Recipes

Growing up in South Fl., we always had a pot of swamp cabbage (hearts of cabbage palm) at all of our fish fries, family gatherings, and possum bakes. Over time most of our family members that were good at cooking swamp cabbage have passed away(might have been the possum) and the art has been lost.
Anyone have any good recipes for swamp cabbage that they could share?
