Make lemonade! Literally!! Below, is a great "adult" version of lemonade you can really enjoy on board or at home. This is just one of the 400 recipes in The Yachting Gourmet cookbook, available at www.TheYachtingGourmet.com. You will also find a selection of galley tools especially selected for boaters, RVers or anyone cooking in a small space. So, if you are spending more on boat fuel these days, spend less on people fuel by cooking on board. However, do it easily and quickly with The Yachting Gourmet. Luchenbach Lemonade 4 cups fresh lemon juice 1 cup sparkling water 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup bourbon 1/4 cup vodka 8 sprigs of mint Combine all ingredients except the mint sprigs in a pitcher, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Cover and chill until cold. Pour into 8 curshed ice-filled glasses and garnish with mint sprigs. Serves: 8.

This would be a no kids allowed boating trip! Thank you so much for sharing this adult drink. I think I will have to make it the next time I go out on the water or even at home. Boating season here doesn't start til early May.
