| I am one of those weird people that doesn't worry overmuch about what wine actually goes with the food. White wines go well with most fish or seafood dishes but a nice red does well with some choices, too. I do tend to stick to very light, dry wines with the more delicate tasting fish, though. But I'll drink a nice full-bodied chablis with lobster if I'm in the mood - particularly good with a rich dish that has a cream sauce. |
