Trout - food of the gods

Back home in Maine, the best fishing in the world was the trout found in the Cobbosseecontee Stream in the middle of the state. Didn't catch many in the full stream but there were several offshoots that perhaps qualified as creeks where you could practically talk them bad boys into coming to shore by themselves. Nothing in the world like beer-basted trout, let me tell you. Melt in your mouth goodness after a hard day's fishing.
