BoatingObsession.com offers a complete selection of quality marine products and accessories and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. NOTE: Electronics and electrical parts cannot be returned if the package has been opened or the component has been installed. Return Procedures for All Other Products Request a Return Authorization within 30 days of your order date. You may email to partsdesk@BoatingObsession.com, be sure to reference your order number. Please describe the product and its defect or malfunction. Upon notification, we will email your Return Authorization Code with the shipping address of the proper warehouse for return. At the same time, the warehouse will be notified to guarantee prompt processing of your return. Repackage the product in its original packaging and its original shipping carton, and enclose a copy of the receipt or shipping documents. Mark your Return Authorization Code clearly on the outside of the box. Packages without a Return Authorization Code will be refused and cannot be processed. Ship the product to the warehouse address given with your Return Authorization Code. (It is suggested that you use a shipping company that provides tracking of packages such as FedEx and UPS.) When your package is received, the return will be processed one of three ways. Either we will credit your credit card for the full amount of your purchase, or we will ship a replacement to you. However, some manufacturers charge a restocking fee for returns of larger items or large orders. If your return falls within that category you will be notified at the time you receive your Return Authorization Code and you agree that the restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit. Shipping ChargesBoatingObsession.com is responsible for return shipping charges only if we sent an item(s) different from that ordered. Shipping charges for all replacement products will be charged to your credit card. Items which are returned to us by the carrier due to an undeliverable address will be credited to the purchaser's account less the cost of shipping. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. The manufacturers make every effort to ensure that each item is shipped in perfect condition. BoatingObsession.com will not issue refund credit for items that have obviously been damaged during shipment. Damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the trucking company. If you received a package that is damaged and you suspect that an item inside may be damaged, ask the delivery person to wait while you check the condition of the item If there is in fact any damage, ask the delivery person to help you file a report with the delivery company.
